Reporting a calculation error

Accuracy matters. If you believe a calculator is producing incorrect results, please include:

• The calculator you were using
• The values you entered
• The result shown
• The result you expected, and how you arrived at it (e.g. a reference to HMRC guidance, your lender's figure, or a manual calculation)

We will investigate and correct any confirmed errors promptly.
